In routine life we ignore breakfast. Usually, we think that to prepare breakfast is time taking and maybe it is tasteless. But do not worry we are going to share such recipes that are not only tasty but also prepare in no time, hardly 5 to 10 minutes. We do not take our breakfast because we are so taste conscious regarding our taste buds.
All the recipes are healthy regarding taste and nutritional point of view as it has healthy fats, proteins, nutrient rich crabs, sodium etc. On the other hand, these recipes help you to lose weight.
1. Soft-Boiled Eggs with Sweet Potato Soldiers
- 2 eggs
- 4 slabs sweet potato (¼” thick)
- 2 Tbsp grated cheddar
Method of Preparation:
1. Boil water in a saucepan and cook eggs in water for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain water and shift eggs in a bowl of cold water.
2. Bake potatoes for 10 minutes in the oven on 400F. Cut it, sprinkle with cheese and season it with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Place eggs in egg cups and slice off tops, or peel, cut in half, and place on a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Dip sweet potato “soldiers” in runny yolks and enjoy.
