10. Whip up some avocados
Avocados are packed with minerals, vitamins and essential fatty acids that are vital to thicken up your tresses, make them shiny and voluminous.
So, just pick out a ripe and fresh avocado, remove the pit, and mash it up into a thick paste. Now, add in one egg and beat the mixture until the egg is nicely dissolved.
