Milk, cheese and butter have countless health benefits that simply cannot be denied but an excess of dairy products like cheese and ice cream can stop you up and lead to major constipation. Milk contains a kind of protein called Immunoglobin G (IgG) that has been closely linked to constipation.
Therefore, if cheese dripping pasta or mac and cheese are on the menu tonight, it would be incredibly wise to feast on no more than one plate and that too should be a decent sized portion. Now, while some dairy products can be harmful in excess, some products like yogurt and kefir are rich in probiotics and they help regulate your digestive system.
3. Cookies, Cakes, Pastries
We all love gorging cakes, cookies and creamy pastries but regardless of how tempting and delicious these baked delicacies look, they are counted among the dangerous high processed foods. Such food items are often lead to constipation because they are extremely rich in fats and very low in fibers and fluid. Now, we’re not asking you to skip your dessert, its actually healthy to have something sweet after your meal.
But you need to think healthy whenever you feel a sweet tooth getting on your nerves. For instance, delight yourself with desserts like raspberries, date-oat bars or baked pears. All these items are rich in fibers and they won’t stop you up like those chocolaty cakes and peanut butter cookies.
