5. MAI TAI MOCKTAIL

Ingredients

  • One liter pineapple juice
  • One liter orange juice
  • ½ cup almond syrup
  • ½ cup lime juice
  • ½ cup grenadine
  • One liter sparkling water ice
  • For garnish oranges, limes and cherries

Procedure

1. Mix pineapple juice, orange juice, almond syrup and lime juice.

2. Keep in fridge until cool.

3. For serving put ice in the glass, add juice and splash of grenadine.

4. Add ice and fruit for garnish and serve.


6. SPICY WATERMELON MINT AGUA FRESCA

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon seeded and chopped
  • 2 cups cold water
  • 2 Tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup mint leaves
  • juice of 1/2 lime
  • 1/2 jalapeño, roughly chopped
  • Ice cubes or crushed ice

Procedure

1. Combine all the ingredients until smooth.

2. Pour this mixture through a strainer forcing trough most of the pulp.

3. Chill and serve.
