The traditional, best and approved rule of weight loss is to exercise and watch what you eat. 1. Start Your Day with 15-20 oz. of Water:

The first thing you need to do, when you wake up in the morning is to drink almost 15 to 20 oz. of water. You can drink fruity or veggie detox as well.

2. Take 8 to 16 oz. of Water Before/After Breakfast:

Before having your breakfast, drink almost 8 to 16 o. of water empty stomach. And if you are heavy coffee drinker then try drinking half glass of water right after you have your morning coffee.

3. Before Lunch and Dinner, 8-16 Ounces:

When you drink water before any meal, it acts like an appetizer and makes you eat less. Before taking your lunch or dinner, drink 2 glasses of water.

4. Drink 10 to 20 oz. of Water Before You Hit the Bed:

The next and last water intake should be few hours before sleeping. Drink almost 2 to 3 glass of water before you sleep.
